The problem
Your health happens between appointments
Your doctor makes the diagnosis and sets the plan. Following it, day after day, is up to you, and nobody is there to help.
You can't reach your doctor every day
You see your doctor for a few minutes every month or two. Questions about their plan come up on evenings, weekends and during work hours, when the office is closed or busy.
Your health information is scattered
Lab results sit in one patient portal, medications live in your head, and symptoms often go unrecorded. For a parent or a child, it's twice as hard to keep track.
General AI doesn't know you
Ask a general chatbot a health question and you get a generic answer. It doesn't know your diagnosis, your doctor's targets, your medications or what happened last week.

How it works
Your doctor sets the plan. HealthKeepp helps you follow it.
Your doctor makes the diagnosis. HealthKeepp helps you stick to their instructions every day, especially when you can't reach them.
1
Step 1: Add your doctor's plan
Type in the diagnosis, targets and instructions your doctor gave you, or just take a photo of the prescription or doctor's report. Add lab results and medications too.
2
Step 2: Ask anytime, day or night
Tell HealthKeepp how you feel or what you measured. Its suggestions start from your doctor's instructions and your own history, never from generic advice.
3
Step 3: Stay on track between visits
HealthKeepp checks in on you, reminds you about medications, and prepares a clear summary to share with your doctor at the next visit, or sooner if needed.
Every day between visits
Suggestions based on your doctor's plan, not generic advice
HealthKeepp knows the targets and instructions your doctor gave you, plus your own history. Here's what that looks like on an ordinary day.
Type 2 diabetes
Doctor's target: under 180 two hours after meals
My blood sugar is 210 after lunch.
HealthKeepp
That’s above the target your doctor set (under 180). Try a 15-minute walk and check again in 2 hours. I logged it. If it stays high 3 days in a row, I’ll prepare a summary for your doctor.
New blood pressure medication
Started 5 days ago, prescribed by Dr. Patel
I feel dizzy since I started my new pill.
HealthKeepp
Your doctor mentioned dizziness can happen in the first weeks. Stand up slowly, drink water, and log your blood pressure morning and evening. I’ll check in with you tomorrow.
Recovering after surgery
Surgeon's wound-care instructions on file
Here’s today’s photo of my incision.
HealthKeepp
Saved with today’s date, next to yesterday’s photo so you can compare them side by side. A reminder of your surgeon’s instructions: keep it dry and change the dressing once a day. They asked you to call the clinic if redness, swelling or discharge increases, or if you get a fever.
Illustrative examples. Your doctor’s instructions always come first.
Features
A companion that stays with you
HealthKeepp helps you understand, track and follow your doctor's plan. It does not diagnose, prescribe or replace your doctor.
A memory for your health
Your doctor's diagnosis and instructions, lab results, medications, symptoms and past conversations, kept together over time. Nothing important gets lost between visits.
Ask anytime
Evenings, weekends, in the middle of a workday. Ask a question and get a suggestion based on your doctor's plan and your own history, not a generic script.
Proactive check-ins
“How is your headache today?” “Did you take your medication?” Gentle check-ins help you follow the plan and keep a record without having to remember.
Doctor visit summaries
Before each appointment, or sooner if something isn't improving, get a clear summary of what changed, ready to share with your doctor.
Send a photo
Snap a picture and send it. HealthKeepp reads it, saves it to your profile with the date, and gives suggestions based on your doctor’s plan and your history. Send photos of the same thing over time, and it lines them up so you can track changes.

Yes. You can send photos of prescriptions, lab reports, medication boxes and doctor's notes, or of something on your body, like a wound or a skin change. HealthKeepp reads the photo, saves it to your profile with the date, and gives suggestions based on your doctor's plan and your history. Photos of the same thing are kept side by side so you can track changes over time.
Your health information belongs to you. We never sell it, and we never use it for advertising. The photos and documents you send are saved to your own profile. In the Family plan, teens and adults have their own private profiles and choose what to share with the family manager.
HealthKeepp is for individuals and families in the United States and Canada, especially people caring for aging parents or young children, and people living with an ongoing health condition that needs regular follow-up, like diabetes or high blood pressure.
The Individual plan is $14.99/month for one person. The Family plan is $29.99/month for up to 5 profiles. Annual plans give you 2 months free. You can start with a 7-day free trial, no credit card required.
The free trial gives you 7 days, 40 AI credits and 1 profile, with no credit card required. It ends at whichever comes first: your 40 credits are used, or 7 days have passed. When it ends, you simply choose a plan to continue. Your profile and documents stay yours.
Credits are used by HealthKeepp's AI features, like answering your questions, reading photos and preparing visit summaries. The free trial includes 40 credits. Paid plans include credits every month: 300 on the Individual plan, and 800 on the Family plan, shared by everyone on it. On a paid plan, if you need more, you can buy an extra pack anytime: 100 credits for $4.99 or 300 credits for $9.99.
One person pays and manages the plan, with up to five profiles. Children under 13 and elderly parents can be managed profiles run by the family manager. Teens and adults get their own login, and their profile is private by default. They decide what to share with the family manager.
